Mechanical
Equipment
Design

Since its establishment in 1982, the Mechanical Equipment Design Division has focused on designing HVAC and sanitation systems for buildings. With over 2,000 projects completed for both government institutions and private construction ventures, the division has built a strong track record in the industry. We are currently undertaking the "999 Innovation" initiative to establish and improve design standard manuals for specialized equipment design.
In addition, we continuously strive to enhance design quality and engineering expertise through technical meetings, QC meetings, internal technical seminars, and external guest seminars.

Furthermore, we have taken a significant leap toward globalizing our facility design by translating international codes (IBC, IMC, IPE, IECC, UPC, IFC, etc.) and the AIA MasterSpec into Korean. We have also established design standards
that consider manuals such as AHARE Standards, Guidelines, ASHRAE, FGI, and CDC.

Design Objectives

  • 01Optimal System Proposals
    Propose systems tailored to the
building’s purpose, reducing construction and energy management costs while ensuring a comfortable indoor environment.
  • 02Efficient Design
Enhance documentation quality and streamline the design process by utilizing WOOWON MNE’s proprietary design manuals for standardized documentation.
  • 03Compliance with
    Design Standards
Improve indoor environments and elevate building quality through the “999 Innovation,” which establishes and refines standard techniques for specialized facility design.
  • 04Customer
    Satisfaction
Ensure design quality that meets and exceeds customer expectations, delivering a level of service that
    satisfies all client requirements.
