OUR SERVICES

Design Management

Through the V.E Committee, Q.C Committee, and Job Competence Committee,
we strive to meet customer needs while researching and actively adopting new
design technologies. Our dedicated experts in various fields work diligently
to ensure the successful execution of each project.

V.E Committee

Value Engineering (V.E) is a systematic effort aimed at analyzing the functions of a project and generating alternatives to achieve the best value at the lowest Life Cycle Cost (LCC). This process involves collaboration across multiple disciplines and includes organized efforts to ensure that products and services effectively fulfill their intended functions.

By analyzing products and systems, we propose alternatives that deliver optimal value and enhance the added value of construction projects. To achieve this, we collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review functions that meet user needs at the lowest possible LCC.

Roles & Activities

We conduct design processes after thoroughly reviewing various factors,
including the client's requirements, budget, and relevant regulations.

Review of the incorporation of client requirements during the schematic design phase

Examination of key elements
in the planning design

Evaluation of the application of new
and specialized construction methods

Review of V.E items and their
respective levels

Guidance on design considering
project costs

Technical review and adjustments of basic design and working drawing

Assessment of space programming

Exploration of alternatives to enhance design quality

Review of relevant regulations and current status analysis

Q.C Committee

Quality Control (Q.C)** refers to the methods and activities that ensure the quality deemed most advantageous for business operations, producing outcomes in the most economical manner. Quality is a vital element for corporate survival and serves as a critical factor that determines the competitiveness of both companies and nations.
Regardless of the type, size, or goals of the organization, quality remains an essential strategic component.

We economically design products that meet the quality demands of our clients, thereby fulfilling their requirements while enhancing productivity and design quality. Additionally, we focus on reducing unnecessary time spent on design or design changes, thereby improving overall efficiency.
