in line with maintenance standards. This process helps to extend the longevity of buildings while enhancing
their overall safety and performance.
The goal is to ensure the efficient execution of mechanical equipment performance inspections.
This involves reviewing performance inspection systems and standards, securing inspection targets, and
establishing procedures and methods for the inspections. Additionally, it includes analyzing inspection data and
evaluating energy consumption to propose measures that guide the optimal operation of mechanical
equipment in buildings.
